These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through cyclovacare.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Cyclovacare reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Cyclovacare reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Orders are shipped via USPS with free standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cyclovacare is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
The Cyclova Belt comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any manufacturing defects within this period, we will replace the product at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US law.
