Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your Cyclovacare purchase, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cyclovacare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@cyclovacare.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or PayPal. If the issue persists, contact us at support@cyclovacare.com.
